Community-led specialties
Programming shaped by demonstrated local needs rather than a generic menu of services.

In developmentA localized therapy network being developed around the specialties, groups, and access needs individual communities are actually experiencing.
The program in context
Therapy access is not one universal problem. One community may be searching for couples work, pediatric play therapy, or ERP. Another may need grief groups, trauma care, parent support, or clinicians who understand the realities of women and families in that community.
Thryve is developing the therapy extension of its broader model: identify the specific gap, build the right provider and program relationships around it, create localized points of access, and keep the route from referral to care clear.
Clinical services will be delivered through appropriately licensed providers and clinical partners. Thryve’s role is to identify needs, develop the program architecture, cultivate the network, create access, and keep the pathway connected.
Programming shaped by demonstrated local needs rather than a generic menu of services.
In-person access points and telehealth options organized around each community as they are confirmed.
A referral system that helps people reach the right therapist, specialty, group, or next level of support.
The model taking shape
Work with families, therapists, schools, community organizations, and leaders to identify the gaps that remain hardest to fill.
Bring together licensed clinicians, provider organizations, specialties, groups, and operational partners around those needs.
Open only the access points and specialties that have the right clinical structure, partner support, and local pathway behind them.
The needs shaping the program
These are areas informing development. Specialties and groups will be announced as the right clinical partners and local access are confirmed.
