Identify the gap
We listen to the people and organizations closest to the need and understand where access is breaking down.

Thryve is a community mental health network. We identify where people are getting stuck, create clearer pathways into care, and develop new responses when the right pathway does not yet exist.
Why Thryve began
Families were facing long waits, insurance confusion, high costs, stigma, and disconnected services. Community organizations could see the need, but often had no clear way to move someone from concern to care.
Thryve began with people from within the community who saw those gaps up close—and could not simply look away. We began by listening to where people were getting stuck, then creating a trusted point of access and bringing the right program and partners together around it.
What Thryve is
Thryve connects the people who need care with the community relationships, clinical partners, programs, and providers that can move that care forward.
A trusted place to begin.
The relationships that see the need first.
The licensed structure behind care.
The right response for the need.
A pathway that does not end at referral.
How Thryve connects
The process is practical: understand where people are getting stuck, create a clear way in, build the right response, and stay connected as care moves forward.
We listen to the people and organizations closest to the need and understand where access is breaking down.
People and community partners can begin with Thryve, even when the right next step is not yet clear.
We bring together the program, clinical structure, and community relationships the gap requires.
A clear pathway moves the person toward the appropriate provider, service, or program.
Communication and follow-through help keep the connection moving after the first referral.
What every pathway must protect
A clear place to begin.
Insurance and Medicaid should open doors.
Privacy, dignity, and responsive communication.
The right licensed care for the need.
Care shaped around real people and communities.
The network in practice
Programs are operating. Partnerships are active. New access points are being built around the communities they are meant to serve.
The goal is a connected mental health network where people can reach the right care sooner, stay connected longer, and face fewer crises.
