Thryve story · July 22, 2026
The network is growing.
The connections are becoming real.
A year ago, our leadership team moved from conversation to conversation at Neshumah with a vision still taking shape. This year, the exhibit was busy, the Networking Garden became a meeting place, and hundreds signed up for the Partner Portal.

To the partners moving care forward
The difference a year of building can make.
To every organization, clinician, referral leader, and community professional who spent time with us at Neshumah—thank you. The conversations around Thryve this year reflected a network becoming more tangible: people meeting one another, seeing how the process works, and choosing to be part of it.
Last year, our presence was smaller and our team moved from one conversation to the next. This year, the exhibit gave partners a place to find us, sit down, and understand the access pathway we are building. The change was visible in the activity around the booth and in the relationships forming there.
Hundreds of professionals and organizations signed up for the Partner Portal. Those signups represent interest in joining a clearer referral process, with the follow-up and relationships still ahead. We are grateful for the trust behind each new connection.
The conference brought existing partners and new introductions together in one place. It gave us a chance to thank the organizations already working with Thryve and welcome people encountering the program for the first time.

Inside the Thryve exhibit
A pathway people could see and try.
At the booth, the screens showed how a referral moves through the process: a guided submission, assignment to the team, outreach, and status and activity that the referring partner can follow. A kiosk let attendees apply for Portal access while the conversation was still fresh.
The presentation also included the voices of organizations already using the pathway. Their experiences put the process in a practical context: how a team refers, what happens next, and how communication supports the person seeking care.
The Networking Garden
Room for the relationships behind the referrals.
The Thryve Networking Garden became a central place to gather. Organizations and professionals could sit together, continue conversations, and meet beyond the pace of the exhibit floor.
That space reflected something essential about Thryve. Technology can organize the process, but the network is made of people. Shared time helps a new introduction become a relationship, and a relationship makes collaboration easier when a person needs help.
Clarity and follow-through
What we are asking partners to expect.
The Portal is designed to give a referral a clear beginning and visible ownership. The team begins outreach within 24 hours, and the referring partner can follow status and activity instead of being left to wonder what happened after the handoff.
The process also makes room for the people already involved in care. Existing collaborators and appropriate supporting information can be included through the referral and signed release process. The aim is a more connected response, with privacy and professional responsibility respected.
After the conference
The next step is in the follow-up.
The gathering has ended; the relationship work continues. The new signups need a welcome into the process, and the conversations need the next call, introduction, or practical step.
We are grateful to Neshumah and to everyone who gave this work their time. The momentum is real, and it carries a responsibility: keep making the pathway clear, responsive, and useful to the community partners and people who turn to it.
