The first 100 referrals
and a responsibility to keep building.
This week, the Partner Portal received its 100th direct referral from community partners—less than three months after our first program launched. Each submission represents someone asking us to help move the next step forward.

A milestone with people behind it
A referral should create movement—not another phone number.
One hundred direct partner submissions. Organizations, providers, schools, rabbanim, askonim, and trusted community leaders are using one structured route to begin the process. That is a meaningful milestone for a program still in its first months.
These are Portal submissions alone. They do not include the people who call, walk in, or reach Thryve through another route. The number measures referrals entrusted to the pathway; it is not a count of completed courses of treatment.
What matters is what happens after a partner presses submit. Each referral comes with Thryve ownership within 24 hours and visibility for the referring partner. The person who recognizes the need has a place to begin, and the team receiving it has responsibility for carrying the next step.
Many of the people coming through this pathway are asking for support for the first time. That makes a responsive, confidential beginning especially important. We want the first experience of seeking care to build confidence that help is within reach.

What partners need after a referral
A clear record. A human response.
The Portal gives a referral one place to live: the initial submission, supporting information, current activity, and next step. Partners can follow what is moving instead of trying to reconstruct the handoff through scattered messages.
That structure supports the relationship. It does not replace a conversation, a professional’s judgment, or the knowledge a community organization already holds. The people around the individual remain essential to understanding what the right response should be.
Why the milestone matters
Trust becomes a practical responsibility.
A community partner’s referral carries trust in both directions. They are telling a person that Thryve can help guide the next step, and they are asking our team to respond to that trust with care and follow-through.
The first hundred submissions show that partners are using this route. Our task is to keep the experience dependable: acknowledge the need, keep ownership clear, and maintain communication as the person moves through the process.
What we are building toward
More places for the pathway to lead.
The Portal is one part of a broader effort to make mental-health access practical within our communities. As we develop more programs, clinical relationships, and local access points, we want partners to have a clearer way to connect people to the support they need.
For now, this milestone belongs to the partners who have begun using the process and the team carrying those referrals forward. Thank you for helping build something people can turn to.
One clear entry
Partners begin through the same secure route rather than searching for the right person or program alone.
Visible ownership
The next step, outreach, and ongoing status remain clear after the referral is made.
Relationships preserved
Technology supports the partnership; the human connection remains central to how care moves.
