Solomon leads Thryve’s vision, strategy, partnerships, and growth—bringing an entrepreneur’s instinct and an operator’s urgency to building new pathways into care.
“The momentum around us is forcing us to think bigger than we’ve ever envisioned.”Solomon Friedman · Monsey opening reflection, August 2026

At Thryve
Solomon came to mental health as an entrepreneur, operator, community member—and an outsider asking uncomfortable questions. After losing people close to him, he could not ignore the contradiction: care existed, yet families still faced unanswered calls, long waits, insurance barriers, and a system that was often easiest to enter only after crisis.
Thryve grew from his search for the gap nobody seemed to own. He wanted more than another isolated program; he wanted the connective structure that could turn an early concern into a real next step and keep a referral moving.
As Executive Director and Chief Strategic Officer, Solomon leads Thryve’s vision, partnerships, program launches, and expansion—with an operator’s impatience for ideas that stay on paper and a community member’s insistence that care become reachable sooner.
